This program is specifically designed to support children as they grow and develop their skills in a fun, playful, and engaging environment. Each week our Head Coach, Lenny, carefully plans a new theme along with a variety of group activities and skill-based circuits to keep sessions fresh and exciting.
The program incorporates both fine and gross motor skill development, helping children build coordination, balance, and confidence in their movements. Activities are thoughtfully designed to improve hand-eye coordination, body awareness, and overall physical development.
We also include a curated playlist of music that encourages children to sing along, move, and express themselves, creating an enjoyable and interactive experience. By combining structured skill-building with play-based learning, this program ensures that every child is actively engaged while developing important physical and social skills.
